Early ballots will be mailed Aug. 1. Request forms are available online at www.phoenix.gov/cityclerk/services/electinfo or by calling 602-261-VOTE (8683). The city clerk must receive a signed, written request for an early ballot by mail no later than 5 p.m. Friday, Aug. 16.
Voting centers will be open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 24; 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, Aug. 26, and 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 27.

In the event that a runoff election is required for District 4, that election will be held on Nov. 5.
