Century Library, 1750 E. Highland Ave., hosts several fun and creative craft activities for kids this month, many with a seasonal theme. An adult family member or friend should be present to assist.

All programs take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays. First up is making reindeer from pine cones and pipe cleaners on Dec. 7, for ages 3 and older. Then on Dec. 14, see Frosty the Snowman come to life with Styrofoam and felt; also for ages 3 and older. And finally, on Dec. 21, create colorful flowers by recycling soda cans. This craft is best for ages 10 and older.

There is no cost to attend the programs, presented with support from the Friends of the Phoenix Public Library, Acacia Chapter.
