Dr. Gerald Kevin Gifford of the Gifford Neurology Institute will discuss his Cerebellum Motor Coordination Rehabilitation Program (CMCRP) during a free event at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 17 at The Stratford, 1739 W. Myrtle Ave.

Gifford will present his researched-based neurological rehab program that has been shown to improve balance and memory. This research was conducted over the last five years by Gifford Neurology Institute. Statistical analysis showed that three months of therapy restored 35 percent of balance and 14 percent of memory and thinking in a group of senior adults, average age 83.
