North Central resident Joseph A. Brophy was elected partner in the Phoenix office of law firm Jennings, Haug & Cunningham L.L.P., located at 2800 N. Central Ave., Suite 1800.
Brophy’s practice is focused in general business litigation, surety and fidelity law, bankruptcy, creditors’ rights and insurance defense matters. He joined the firm in 2009.
Brophy earned his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2008, where he graduated cum laude. In 2000, Brophy graduated from the University of San Diego, earning his Bachelors of Arts.
