Lisa Glow has been named Chief Development Officer at Florence Crittenton, a Phoenix-area nonprofit organization whose mission is to foster the recovery of girls and young women who have endured periods of physical and/or sexual victimization, chronic neglect, homelessness, poverty, teen pregnancy, drug abuse and/or mental instability.

Glow brings more than two decades of experience to Florence Crittenton, including executive-level work with non-profit organizations, foundations, government entities and political campaigns. A resident of Arizona for most of her life, Glow has served on a number of nonprofit boards, as well as volunteering as a youth mentor.

Glow was director of former Arizona Gov. Janet Napolitano’s Office for Children, Youth and Families.
