The lobby at Hermosa Inn

The Hermosa Inn was built in the 1930s by cowboy artist Alonzo “Lon” Megargee. The property has expanded over the years but it was Megargee’s art studio and residence, what is now LON’s at the Hermosa and Last Drop at the Hermosa, and 10 guest rooms that made up the original structure.

It is these 10 rooms that recently underwent a full renovation, making The Hermosa Inn an all-casita property, located at 5532 N. Palo Cristi Road.

Having most recently been revamped in 2007 when the property underwent a full-scale $2 million renovation, these 10 casitas have now received a floor-to-ceiling upgrade, including new carpet, paint, doors, bathroom tiles, furniture, and 32-inch flat screen TVs on the walls.

The casitas are available for booking by calling 602-955-8614 or visiting www.HermosaInn.com.
