Longtime North Central resident Jackie Orcutt has been named a Market Leader of Cushman & Wakefield’s Arizona operations. Orcutt previously served as a commercial real estate professional for the company.

Orcutt, one of Cushman & Wakefield’s leading industrial properties specialists, worked at CBRE for five years before joining the company in 2011. Cushman & Wakefield recognized her in 2013 with the Rising Star award. She has been named one of the “40 under 40” most influential people in commercial real estate, and recognized as one of the 20 most influential women in the industry.

In her new capacity, she will manage the company’s property management division, integrating and delivering management, agency leasing and capital markets services to property owners and investors.

Jerry Noble also was named a Market Leader. Both Noble and Orcutt will continue their work in office properties and industrial properties brokerage in addition to their management roles.
