The Bakery Phx opened on Aug. 4 at 1528 E. Bethany Home Road, inside the space that formerly housed Cupcakes by Design, in the popular Sunbrite Corner.

The Bakery Phx provides an array of sweet selections and treats, baked fresh daily on the premises, including: pies, cakes, cupcakes, cheesecakes, cookies and more.

“We offer some of the best-tasting pastries in Phoenix,” said Lisa Levinson, owner of The Bakery Phx. “Everything is baked from scratch recipes handed down through the generations. Our pies are especially delightful—we use only fresh fruit and an all-butter crust.”

In addition to the vast assortment of gourmet baked goods, the bakery also will offer delicious breads, quiche, and croissants. A must-try is the almond croissant filled with homemade almond pastry cream. The Bakery Phx will also be adding gluten-free and vegan selections shortly.

“It’s essential that we offer something for everyone,” added Levinson.
