A summer series of Biltmore Beer Dinners will pair Arizona and California microbrews with original menus crafted by Executive Chef Gordon Maybury and Chef de Cuisine Jason Jaynes at Frank & Albert’s at the Biltmore Resort, 2400 E. Missouri Ave.

“The unique beers being created by microbreweries today are a joy to pair with food because they are sophisticated, nuanced and burst with a range of flavors, consistencies and finishes,” said Maybury. “Our Biltmore Beer Dinners are multi-faceted culinary experiences that wow beer aficionados and novices alike.”

June 9 will feature Tempe-based Four Peaks Brewery; July 14 serves up Petaluma, Calif.-based Lagunitas Brewery; and on Aug. 11 sample Vista, Calif.-based Iron Fist Brewing Company.

Held in the private Sunroom at Frank & Albert’s restaurant, the dinners start at 7 p.m. The cost is $40 per person for a four-course dinner. Tax and 18 percent gratuity are additional. Each Biltmore Beer Dinner will have a representative of the brewery there to discuss their beers and brewing techniques. For dining reservations, call 602-381-7632.
