Kinesphere Center for Movement Education presents three events this month. First up, Tami Link continues to support M.A.I.N. (Medical Animals in Need) with Down Dogs for Paws at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 6. She will teach a donation-only yoga class. Minimum donation of $5 is suggested. All proceeds will benefit M.A.I.N.

Board certified physical therapist Amisha Klawann will teach you to roll away your tension, soreness and stiffness through your neck, back, shoulders, hips and legs with Foam Roller Workshop, set for 6:45 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 16. This 45-minute class details how you may target your aches, pains and tight spots with a simple roller. This class is safe for all levels; rollers will be provided, and are also available for purchase at Kinesphere. Cost for the class is $20 for those registered by Sept. 15, $25 day of class (maximum of 20 people).

Master Teacher Lisa Perry will lead you through the basic uses of the SmartSpine Therapeutic System, from 12 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 27. The warmth and pressure of the SmartSpine products encourages blood flow and cellular regeneration and releases fascial tension. This workshop is specifically created for all those interested in enhancing their self-care program. The cost of this program is $150, which includes a basic SmartSpine for your home practice.
