Duets hosts “The Art of Setting Healthy Boundaries” workshop 9:30-11:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 20 at the Duet offices, 555 W. Glendale Ave.

Participants will learn to recognize the difference between healthy and unhealthy boundaries, be introduced to the skills necessary to set healthy boundaries, and discuss with the group ideas in which they can set boundaries with both their adult children and grandchildren.

The workshop is free, and includes refreshments. RSVP required by Monday, Sept. 15. Contact Patricia Dominguez at 602-274-5022, ext. 31.

Duet is a nonprofit, interfaith organization that promotes health and well-being through a broad range of services to homebound adults, caregivers, faith communities and grandparents raising grandchildren.
