Z’Tejas Southwestern Grill invites Valley residents to enjoy its 11th-annual Fall Fest using the seasonally grown favorite Hatch New Mexico green chiles, featured on its Fall Fest menu available through Nov. 8.

Did you know that one fresh medium sized green chile pod has as much Vitamin C as six oranges? Some of the Fall Fest featured items include: Chile Onion Rings; Chile Glazed Salmon Salad; Chipotle Beef Relleno; Chile Pollo Tinga Sandwich (lunch only); Chile Crusted Pork Tenderloin; Farfalle Jambalaya (dinner only), and for dessert, check out the Bavarian Cream Churros with a green chile chocolate sauce.

Z’Tejas Southwestern Grill, located at 1525 E. Bethany Home Road, offers a menu inspired by culinary influences from Louisiana, Texas, California and New Mexico. For more information, visit www.ztejas.com.
