TEXAZ Grill, located at 6003 N. 16th St.,  has two big events to celebrate this month: the State Fair of Texas, and its own 30th anniversary.

Through Oct. 18, the TEXAZ State Fare Menu features Lone Star State classics such as “Fletcher’s Original State Fair Corny Dog” (two Corny Dogs served with a bag of Frito’s), and Frito Pie—homemade chili presented in a small bag of Fritos corn chips, topped with onions, cheese and served with a plastic spoon. The State Fare Menu is offered daily from 11 a.m.-4 p.m.

The community also is invited to celebrate TEXAZ Grill’s upcoming 30th anniversary with a Texas-sized dining deal from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 30, including your choice of chicken fried steak, chicken or pork chop entrée plus beverage and dessert for only $19.85. TEXAZ’s owner and head chef, Steve Freidkin invites longtime customers and newbies alike to celebrate with the TEXAZ crew.
