Body Rolling is a proven way to tone, lengthen and stretch your body. Come learn more about this technique 6-7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 13 at BellaBody Pilates, 13825 N. 7th St., Suite E.

Try out a variety of stretches, myofascial release work and strength exercises that you can practice at home. All levels welcome. Cost is $50 includes a professional-quality foam roller and workbook. The cost is reduced to $20 if you provide your own 6-inch by 36-inch foam roller.
