Residents of Phoenix’s Encanto-Palmcroft neighborhood, with its old-world charm and palm tree-lined streets, host their 2015 Home Tour & Street Festival 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Sunday, March 29.

Encanto-Palmcroft was selected as one of the Top 10 neighborhoods to live in by both Money magazine and Forbes, and recently rated as the wealthiest neighborhood in Phoenix. Take a stroll back in time as you wander through estate-like homes from the 1920s and ’30s, including Spanish Colonials, Tudor Revivals, and quaint red brick ranch-style homes.

In addition to the home tour, there will be live entertainment, food from local restaurants and gourmet food trucks, arts and crafts vendors, plus vintage cars on display.

Encanto Palmcroft sits between 7th and 15th avenues, from McDowell Road to Encanto Boulevard. Free parking is available at Phoenix College in the main parking lot (northeast corner of 15th Avenue and Thomas Road), with complimentary trolley service.

Tickets: $20 on the day of the event at the east side of the main parking lot at Phoenix College or $18 purchased before March 28 through the website: http://www.encantopalmcroft.org/home-tour.
