In this unique exhibit at the Heard Museum, 2301 N. Central Ave., kids can become their own super hero. They will choose their super power, create their super hero costume and embark on exciting adventures, including an animal-companion interactive experience, a Native video game and other adventures along their “super” journey.

The exhibit closes on Aug. 23. Admission is $23 adults, $18.50 senior age 65 and older, $12.50 for students with ID, $12.50 for children ages 6-12, $5 for children ages 2-5, and $5 for American Indians (with tribal ID). Admission includes a $5 gate fee to view this exhibit. Children younger than 2 and Heard Museum members admitted for free.

If you and the family go after 6 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 7, admission to the museum is free for First Friday, and the only charge will be the $5 gate fee for the exhibit.
