Kharma Life Center recently opened in the Melrose District of Phoenix, offering yoga, fitness, massage and other therapeutic services—all under one roof. The center will hold a Grand Opening Party from 4-7 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 9, featuring food, music, giveaways, and more.

Theresa Martin and Jane Mayer Gleason, 20-year veterans in their fields, have collaborated on Kharma Life Center having each owned and operated massage and yoga businesses in the past. “Our vision has long been to provide a space for everyone to get what they need without having to run all over the Valley to find affordable, high quality classes and services,” Martin explains.

Also offering hypnotherapy, Thai yoga massage, acupuncture, life coaching and personal training, the center is unique in its diversity. The nearly 3,000-square-foot space has one large and one smaller practice room, plus four ample-sized treatment rooms to accommodate the different services.
