The Willo Historic District Annual Home Tour and street fair will take place on Sunday, Feb. 14, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. This unique neighborhood tour welcomes visitors into some of Arizona’s finest historic homes representing a variety of styles—Tudor, Spanish, Colonial, and Bungalow-dating from the 1920s through the 1940s.

One of Phoenix’s most beautiful, and oldest historic neighborhoods, Willo is between Thomas and McDowell roads from 1st to 7th avenues. Trolley cars will be running up and down the Willo streets, carrying tour guests to various stops near featured homes, or you can walk from house to house at your leisure.

The street fair located on Holly and Monte Vista will offer more than 100 vendors selling handcrafted goods, unusual gifts, jewelry, antiques, local artwork and a variety of food options.  There will also be live musical entertainment throughout the day.

Tickets are $20 and can be purchased the day of the event at the neighborhood park at 3rd Avenue and Holly. Group tickets for 10 ore more people are $15 each and can be purchased online at www.willohistoricdistrict.com (service fees apply).
