The Irish Cultural Center, 1106 N. Central Ave., hosts a free Family Story Hour first Saturday of the month from 10:30 a.m.-12 p.m. This family focused program is filled with stories, discussions, and crafts. Our Family Story Hour introduces parents and children to Irish authors, stories and traditions in a fun and interactive fashion. Family Story Hour’s new permanent home is inside the Library’s Castle Keep located on the third floor of the library.

The program on Nov. 5 features “My Ireland Counting Book” and “Finn McCool and the Great Fish.” On Dec. 3, enjoy “A Celtic Christmas Eve” and “Brigid’s Cloak.”
