Kharma Life Center, 700 W. Campbell Ave., Suite 1, offers a new program for both kids and adults to share one experience through yoga and story. A monthly yoga course for children ages 3-5 giving young ones an opportunity to discover the yoga practice through classic storytelling, games, dance and movement. Children may attend on their own or accompanied by an adult.

A unique spin on children’s yoga, Storytime Yoga at Kharma Life Center gives families an opportunity to learn new things in a fun way and be physically active, while sharing time together. Alternatively, the children have the option to interact and engage with others their own age on their own while the adults receive their own special “time out.”

This class occurs on the third Saturday of each month from 10-11 a.m. Cost to attend is $10, which can include one child and one adult. Adults may register their children and themselves online, by phone or in-studio. Pre-registration is required for this workshop.
