Phil Fitzgerald is the new chief operating officer for Abrazo Central Campus, 2000 W. Bethany Home Road.
Fitzgerald is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Abrazo Central Campus, a 221-bed hospital which has served the healthcare needs of the community since 1963.
Fitzgerald, who began his healthcare career as an emergency room nurse, has more than 14 years’ experience in hospital leadership roles. He has a master in business administration in hospital administration degree from Capella Univeristy. He also holds an associate of applied science in nursing degree and a bachelors of fine degree arts with emphasis in biology and physical education.
