St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Irish Faire

The parade will feature Irish dancers, dignitaries, bagpipers, floats, police and fire vehicles and the 2017 Arizona Irish Colleen/Arizona Rose with her Court. The fair includes three stages of Irish rock, traditional and mixed music, dancers, a kids area, food, crafters and tours of the McClelland Irish Library. The fair starts at 9 a.m. and the parade at 10 a.m. Fair admission is $10 for adults, 13 and older, $8 for seniors and military, and free for children 12 and younger. Music in the Park

This annual free family event offers children loads of fun with bouncers, disc golf, and face painting and many information tables for adults. There will be food and beverages for sale. Friends Of Mexican Art Mercado

Vendors will sell regional Mexican folk art, Talavera, ceramics, jewelry, paintings, wood carvings, sculptures, decorative clothing and a variety of accessories including hand-painted handbags. My Nana’s Salsa Challenge

A fundraiser for the Hemophilia Association. Features 90-plus competitors preparing fresh salsa on-site. Visitors can vote for their favorite. Enjoy margaritas, live bands, a food court, KidsZone and more. Hours are 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Sunday. General admission is $15 at the gate, children 12 and under are free. North Mountain Blues, Brews & Arts Fest

Offering some of the Valley’s best musical talent plus lots of great merchandise from local artists, along with great food and craft beers from North Mountain Brewing Company.
