‘Cool’ dining in underground cellar

Find a cool reprieve from the 100-plus degree days in the form of a one-of-a-kind culinary experience in the underground wine cellar at LON’s at the Hermosa, 5532 Palo Christi Road.

Through Sept. 9, the hotel’s signature restaurant has opened up its private subterranean wine cellar to offer guests and Valley residents alike, a special tasting menu ($65++/person) prepared by Executive Chef Jeremy Pacheco and his culinary team, along with a wine pairing option (additional $35/person).

The cellar–kept at 57 degrees–is normally available only for private events, but will now be open for parties of two or more, Thursday through Saturday nights. Reservations can only be booked within seven days and by calling LON’s at 602-955-7878.
