Noble Eatery has settled in to its new home at 4525 N. 24th St., after just two years in the tiny building that formerly housed Stanley’s Sausage.

Bites and midday meals are served from 10:30 a.m. until 3 p.m. at the new, larger location, just north of Campbell Avenue.

Noble Eatery’s menu is broken in to four parts: bites, grains and legumes, salads and sandwiches. The chalkboard menu allows Chef Zach Flynn to change the menu frequently to highlight the colors from farmers around the Valley. Expect fresh, organic, simple sandwiches, toasts, salads, soup and more daily.

Noble Bread, with recipes crafted by well-known Valley chef and baker Jason Raducha, is available at the eatery Tuesday through Friday.
