The Urban Farm this month wraps up its fruit tree pop-up nursery events as part of its annual Fruit Tree Program. Citrus fruit trees will be on-hand 9 a.m.-3 p.m. March 10-11 and March 17-18 at 4549 N. 7th St.
Shoppers can choose from citrus like lemons, limes and blood oranges. Some trees start at only $10; a limited amount of deciduous and tropical trees may be available from previous sales.
The pop-up nursery is housed at a white building/warehouse on the southeast corner of Meadowbrook and 7th Street. Look for the fruit tree signs on the building. Parking is on the side streets only. For more information, visit www.urbanfarm.org.
