The Sunnyslope Senior Center, 802 E. Vogel Ave., hosts two special events this month that are sure to appeal to the “dads” in our lives.
First up is a talent show, beginning at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, June 14, where dads with hidden—or not-so-hidden—talents can strut their stuff. Then on June 15, enjoy some tasty root beer floats beginning at 10 a.m.
All programs are free with Senior Center membership ($20 annually). No RSVP is needed, however, if you want to participate in the talent show, sign up at the front desk by June 9.
