Kristian Camila Diaz, second assistant manager of the Culver’s located at 8th Street and Camelback Road, has received a $3,000 scholarship from Culver’s Foundation’s Scholarship program to pursue her educational goals. She is studying psychology at Grand Canyon University.

“Kristian has been a Culver’s team member for almost 3 years,” says Jason Kveton, operating partner of Culver’s of Phoenix–8th Street and Camelback. “We’re so proud she is being recognized for her outstanding commitment to Culver’s and her dedication to continuing her education.”

Lea Culver, executive director of Culver’s Foundation and also one of Culver’s co-founders, will award scholarships totaling over $500,000 to more than 200 team members in 2018. The program is funded by Culver’s suppliers, franchisees and Culver Franchising System, Inc.
