Bobby-Q Great Steak & Real BBQ is known for its rib-sticking menu of house-smoked and fork-tender meats. But there’s more to Bobby-Q, including an all-new menu of farm-fresh, flavorful and doctor-approved summer protein bowls and salads.

Handcrafted by Bobby-Q owner Bob Sikora and executive chef, Mark Hittle, each item was also given the seal of approval from Dr. Art Mollen, a renowned Biltmore-area physician and fitness expert best known for creating the Art Mullen Fitness Trail on the nearby Arizona Canal.

Freshly prepared with premium ingredients, such as Purple Haze goat cheese, coconut-infused basmati rice, and wood-fired rotisserie chicken, the items tempt both vegetarians and barbecue fans alike. Offered exclusively at Bobby-Q’s Biltmore location, the summer protein bowls and salads will be available daily from 11 a.m.-10 p.m. through fall at Bobby-Q Great Steaks & Real BBQ–Biltmore, 3154 E. Camelback Road. For more information, call 602-626-8856 or visit www.bobbyq.net.
