Add some strength training to your health routine and get fired up twice a week to get that body moving and maximizing with Bootcamp Fitness, held 6:30-7:30 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays, beginning July 10, at Kharma Life Center, 700 W. Campbell Ave., #1, in the Melrose District.

All levels of fitness welcome. Instructor Jamie will meet you where you are so you can enjoy the journey. Drop in for class at the regular rates or enjoy these classes as part of your membership.

If you are looking for something less strenuous, Kharma Life Center offers weekly classes in Beginning Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Better Bones & Balance, plus much more.
