BridgeWater Assisted Living recently opened its second location in the Valley where income qualified seniors can receive significant rent reductions and assistance with daily living, while enjoying upscale amenities and services.

BridgeWater Assisted Living Midtown offers 140 apartments in a seven-story community that boasts both a modern and urban feel. Situated off of Indian School Road on 3rd Avenue, BridgeWater Midtown offers both assisted living and memory care apartments to aging residents.

The common areas are complete with an activity area, library, theater, and meeting rooms. Residents will enjoy three meals a day in the community dining room, meet a friend for coffee in the bistro, relax and view a movie in the theater room, engage in an art, cooking or yoga class, or take the community shuttle off property and enjoy all that Phoenix has to offer.

BridgeWater is a Medicaid ALTCS provider. This Medicaid program, which pays for assisted living, is for those unable to pay for their care themselves, meet income and asset levels and need daily assistance. Veterans eligible for Wartime Pension also may qualify for supplemental aid and attendance benefits. This program is available to both veterans and widowed spouses of the veteran, and pays for assisted care.

Every BridgeWater community has a designated Community Benefits Advocate available to explain to families how they can qualify for financial resources and to help them through their specific situation.
