Bart Mruz has joined the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office at 3113 E. Lincoln Drive as an affiliate agent. He has worked in the real estate business for 16 years.

“I specialize in helping buyers from my native Nebraska and Iowa with second home and vacation home purchases. As for home styles, I know a lot about condominiums, urban living and single-family homes,” Mruz said.

Before affiliating with Coldwell Banker, Mruz worked as an agent with Realty Executives. He has a bachelor’s degree in journalism with a minor in English from Midland University.

Kurt Nishimura also recently joined the Lincoln Drive office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage as an affiliate agent. He has 20 years of real estate experience.

“I specialize in connecting clients with properties, high-end or otherwise, that will allow them to wealth-build,” Nishimura said. “My education and professional experience make me uniquely qualified to ensure sure the properties purchased by my clients make sense not only on an emotional level but on a financial one as well.”

Prior to affiliating with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, he was the owner of KN Realty Group, a successful real estate consultant practice. Before that, he served as vice president of acquisitions for Pivotal Group, where he achieved more than $400 million in sales. Nishimura has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Western Illinois University and an MBA with an emphasis on real estate development from DePaul University.
