Beth Ami Temple is offering active adults ways to make more connections and meet people of a similar faith.

The temple will hold its annual Wine & Cheese Open House at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 13 in the sanctuary at Palo Cristi Presbyterian Church at 3535 E. Lincoln Drive. The community is invited to meet Rabbi Allison Lawton and cantorial soloist Mike Robbins and learn about the congregation’s High Holiday and Shabbat services, social events and other Beth Ami activities, such as special holiday observances and community involvement projects.

This boutique synagogue comprised of active adults looking for Jewish religious and social connections describes itself as being a “small temple with a big heart” and it has been offering a place of worship for 42 years.

After the open house, the public is invited to stay at the temple for Friday night services. The open house is free to attend, but people should RSVP by calling 602-956-0805 or emailing bethamitemple@hotmail.com. To learn more about Beth Ami Temple, visit https://bethamitemple.org.
