A Spanish-influenced restaurant is expected to open early next year as part of Sheraton Phoenix Downtown’s renovation.

The hotel’s District American Kitchen and Wine Bar recently closed as the restaurant transforms into the new dining concept, where it will provide tapas and paellas, offering shareable cuisine.

Once the renovation is done, there will be a fresh grab-and-go market, an indoor/outdoor quick-service, late-night concept and the newly revamped sit-down restaurant decorated with colorful tiles and the Spanish-influenced concept. The grab-and-go area will be part of the Coffee Bar that is expected to open in February and the quick-serve restaurant is likely to open two to three weeks after the restaurant opens.
