Laura Wochner has been appointed as vice-president/legal counsel for banking at Bell Bank’s location at 2710 E. Camelback Road. She will offer legal and compliance support for all matters related to the core business of banking, with an emphasis on commercial lending and deposit operations. Wochner will help with developing and implementing legal risk management policies, procedures and guidelines. She also will assist with developing, managing and overseeing outside counsel relationships.
Wochner earned her Juris Doctor from Arizona State University. Before joining Bell Bank, she was a transactional attorney working in private practice at Tiffany & Bosco, P.A. in Phoenix, focusing on commercial real estate and finance.
