The Capital Grille makes it easy to prepare for a hearty cookout.

The restaurant, which has a location in the Biltmore Fashion Park at 2502 E. Camelback Road, allows customers to order premium steaks that its in-house butcher cuts to take home. They are dry-aged for 18 to 24 months and it is recommended you eat them within 48 hours of picking them up. Steak grille boxes feature four steaks and Signature Steak Sauce. The cost is $140 for the Dry Aged Bone-In New York Strip box with enough 18-ounce steaks to feed four people, as well as proprietary steak seasoning.

The Capital Grille’s Bone-In Prime Ribeye for $160 offers 22-ounce steaks for four customers with the proprietary steak seasoning. Try the Dry Aged Bone-In New York Strip and Prime Ribeye steak grille box for $150. This box contains two, 18-ounce dry aged bone-in New York Strip steaks, as well as two bone-in prime ribeye steaks and the proprietary steak seasoning.

If you want to select four or more steaks you can order custom grille boxes. You also can order individual steaks and burgers to cook at home. An individual, 18-ounce dry aged bone-in New York Strip costs $35, while an eight or 10-ounce filet mignon is $25 and $30 respectively. Another option is the 22-ounce, bone-in prime ribeye for $40. Order six, eight-ounce burgers for $50. Each of those side dishes serves four to six people.
