This class, which will help young people ages 11 and older prepare to be babysitters, takes place 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 15, at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center’s Center for Education and Development, 3115 N. 3rd Ave., Suite 132.

    The training includes information about emergency decision-making, safety and accident prevention, working with parents, activity planning, CPR and first aid.
