Anti-aging fitness program offers classes |
Beatitudes Campus will host Ageless Grace classes 4:30-5 p.m. Feb. 10-12. Classes are taught by Denise Medved, who is the founder and creator of the Ageless Grace program. Classes are $10 or by donation and members of the public of all ages and abilities are welcome. Ageless Grace is an easy Anti-Aging Fitness Program practiced in a chair, which creates and re-opens neural pathways of the brain. It is based on the science of neuroplasticity. It is recommended the program be practiced 10 minutes a day, every day for the rest of your life, for the best cumulative benefit. In addition to the 30-minute classes, a Personal Practice Seminar will be taught on 1-5 p.m. Friday, Feb. 10 for people interested in learning the full Ageless Grace system to do it at home. For more information, to view a video clip, or to register for the Personal Practice Seminar, visit www.agelessgrace.com. To sign up for the 30-minute classes at Beatitudes Campus, contact local Ageless Grace Educator Kathryn Bennett, at kathryn.j.bennett@gmail.com or 602-334-8371.
