SVA honors Super Students |
The Sunnyslope Village Alliance’s Seventh Grade Super Student of the Month winners for December were Tim Corson of Royal Palm Middle School; Jasmine Camacho of Sunnyslope Elementary School, and Raul Franco of Mountain View Elementary School.
The SVA’s Super Student program for seventh graders began nine years ago in partnership with Arizona Public Service. The students are chosen by their teachers for exhibiting positive citizenship and academic achievement. The students receive a framed certificate for citizenship and academic achievement and a $20 gift certificate to a SVA member restaurant of their choice. SVA has eight restaurant members for the students to choose from. |
