Urban Cookies adds four new products

Urban Cookies (www.urbancookies.com), a gourmet organic cookie company in North Central Phoenix, has introduced four new products to its retail store including ice cream sandwiches, organic dog cookies and gift options under $20.

In an effort to boost store sales when rising temperatures and gas prices are keeping people at home, the company is answering consumers’ demand for inexpensive indulgences.

The new products include:

• the Urban Freezbee, Urban Cookies’ version of an ice cream sandwich, available in a variety of flavors including a double chocolate cookie with organic coffee ice cream and crushed pecans ($3.75);

• Tubbs McGee, gourmet, organic dog cookies named after the owners’ beloved pound puppy, AKA Tubbs McGee. Available in Nanna Nutters (creamy peanut butter and sweet banana chips) 6-ounce tubs ($7); and

• Gifts Under $20, including the 4-Cookie Gift Box, a fun grab and go gift box with a pint-sized portion of Urban Cookies ($13), and the new Eco-Bag, an organic cotton tote that can be paired with cookies for a practical gift ($12).

Customers will also get a free cookie every time they buy six in the retail store, located at 4711 N. 7th St. and open 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. For more information, visit www.urbancookies.com or call 602-451-4335.
