Hyde Park Jewelers, one of the nation’s top 25 independent jewelers, announced the hiring of Mariette Spidel as the new general manager of the Biltmore Fashion Park location. The hiring of Spidel coincides with the expansion of the current Hyde Park store, which features a premier selection of exclusive international collections and timepieces.
As general manager, Spidel will utilize her extensive experience in the jewelry industry to oversee all Hyde Park Phoenix operations and staff. Spidel also will ensure that the Phoenix location offers an unparalleled selection of the newest brands and styles by staying on top of market trends and catering to the desires of the Phoenix market. In addition to offering brands such as Norman Silverman, Rina Limor, Stephen Webster, Yossi Harari and others, the 5,000-square-foot store also will feature an in-house customer service center offering jewelry and watch repair, insurance replacement, appraisals, custom design and restyling. The store will also include an onsite watch master with the capability of servicing fine timepieces such as Rolex, Cartier, Breitling, Chopard, and Chanel, along with other luxury brands. Prior to joining Hyde Park Jewelers, Spidel worked as general manager for seven years at Montblanc North America, where she received specialty training in fine watch repair from the exclusive Montblanc Academy.
