| Frances hosts special Care Card reception |

Frances Vintage, located at 10 W. Camelback Road, is hosting a Care Card sales event on Oct. 24 called Care Card and Cupcake happy hour. From 6 to 9 p.m., the ladies of Frances will be serving cupcake treats and refreshments with prizes and giveaways for Care Card holders. The Board of Visitors’ annual Care Card shopping event takes place Oct. 17-26, with proceeds benefiting Ryan House. Care Cards are available for purchase for $50 from retailers and at www.TheCareCard.org for $55.
