‘Melrose Crawl’ returns this month
The shops in the Melrose District are once again hosting a third Thursday shopping event, dubbed the “Melrose Crawl,” from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Nov. 20. The Melrose District is located on 7th Avenue from Indian School Road to Camelback Road.

The participating merchants are: Rust and Roses, a flea market-style antique store specializing in time-worn furniture, architectural salvage, handcrafted iron furniture, and an ever-changing selection of found treasures; Copper Star Coffee, serving fresh, locally roasted coffee drinks and in-house baked pastries; Melrose Vintage, offering vintage furnishings with a beach cottage feel, new and antique accessories and chandeliers, paper arts and scrap booking supplies; D & D Tile Services, ceramic tile contractors; Home Again, featuring quality consignments, retro and vintage furnishings, antiques, estate treasures, wall art, collectibles, home décor and more; Retro Redux, sporting funky furniture and fab fashions;  Hollywood Regency, with a glamorous and eclectic mix of vintage furniture, accessories, jewelry and clothing; Figs Home and Garden, an urban boutique fashioned with fine Asian, Indian, Indonesian and European furnishings, antiques, accessories, garden and architectural elements as well as a wide array of gift items; and Paris Envy, offering elegant French-inspired home furnishings—both vintage and new—gifts, apothecary selections and women’s clothing.

Each store will have special sale items and free treats. Some of The Melrose Curve’s great restaurants including Little Mama’s Soul Food Café, The Opportunity Café, Harley’s Bistro, Caffe Italia, and Los Compadres Mexican Food also will keep their doors open to welcome shoppers.
