Encanto Living, owned by Justin Johnson, has begun construction on a new Moon Valley-area single-family community. The 29-home infill development, called Encanto Moon Valley, is one of three planned communities in which the homes are being designed with a historic feel, amenities and price point to appeal to the millennial generation.

Located just north of 7th Street and Thunderbird at 702 E. Roberts Road, Encanto Moon Valley has three floor plans ranging from 1,640-1,932 square feet. Each home has three bedrooms with two and half baths and an attached garage. The community will provide residents with social amenities, including a community fire pit and open space. In-home amenities include granite counter tops, contemporary painted cabinets, and tile flooring.

Models and sales office for the new community will open by September 2016. Old World Communities is the general contractor, Bobby Lieb with HomeSmart Elite is the designated broker, and Pathangay Architects is the architect for the community. Visit www.encantolivinghomes.com.
