Pets and their families can enjoy a beauty treatment as they help raise money for RESCUE (Reducing Euthanasia at Shelters through Commitment and Underlying Education), 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Sunday, March 6 at Mane Attraction Salon, 3156 E. Camelback Road.

Mane Attraction Salon is joining forces with RESCUE for the 16th Annual Beauty to the RESCUE event to help find loving homes for the more than 45,000 unwanted pets dropped off at shelters across Arizona.

For a minimum donation ($30 for haircuts, $20 for blow dry style and $10 for deep conditioning masque), anyone can partake in a day of personal pampering—or even treat your pet to a stylish new look including on-site mobile grooming and then make a memory to last forever inside the animal photo booth. Enjoy complimentary beverage and food from Bobby-Q and music by DJ Blake Ascension as you browse a variety of boutique vendor booths. There also will be a raffle and silent auction.

Other offerings include chair massages, healthful vitamin B-12 shots and professional psychic readings, for both you and your pet. Donations accepted.

All services are first-come, first served. For more information about RESCUE, visit www.azrescue.org.
