Duet hosts a free Senior Health Resource Expo 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Friday, May 6 on the property of the Church of the Beatitudes, 555 W. Glendale Ave.
Valley seniors, friends, family and caregivers are welcome. The event features exhibitors providing valuable health and wellness information, in addition to educational classes.
There also will be door prizes, complimentary chair massages, complimentary morning snacks, and food trucks with healthy choices available for purchase from 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
