Huss Brewing Co. is accepting citrus donations from now through Jan. 14 to make its upcoming batches of the all-new CenPho Citrus IPA, which will be making its world premier Feb. 9 at the Arizona Strong Beer Festival.

To participate, simply drop off your clean, bagged citrus at Huss Brewing Co.’s Uptown Taproom, 100 E. Camelback Road. In exchange you’ll receive a certificate for two pints of CenPho Citrus IPA at the Huss Citrus Fest on Saturday, Feb. 16. Donations will be accepted, and certificates offered until enough citrus is sourced to complete the brewing process.

The new CenPho Citrus IPA will be brewed with homegrown citrus in honor of Phoenix’s first-ever (and oft-forgotten) Orangewood citrus grove, planted in Central Phoenix circa 1895.
