Something new is available to beer and food fans in the area.
PHX Beer Co., a new brewery and restaurant concept, made its debut in the Valley last month. The concept changed all existing Phoenix Ale Brewery locations into PHX Beer Co.’s own, with new beer and food, a new look and new ownership.
Locations include the former Phoenix Ale Brewery Central Kitchen at 5813 N. 7th St. and the former Phoenix Brewery and Tap Room at 3002 E. Washington St.
Former owner and CEO of NYPD Pizza and Phoenix Ale Brewery Central Kitchen founder Richard Stark has transformed the menu at the PHX Beer Co. locations. PHX Beer Co.’s kitchen has popular comfort foods including Cast Iron Macaroni & Cheese, as well as Iron Horse Porter Brownie, Morenci Copper Ale Wings, Black Iron pizzas and Whiskey BBQ meatballs. PHX Beer Co.’s brewery director Adam Wojcik has guided brewers to create the flagship IPA, Arizona Gold and Orange Grove IPA.
