Alan Stephenson has been named as Phoenix’s newest Deputy City Manager. Stephenson has worked for the city for 21 years and has served as Planning and Development Director since 2013. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Valley Partnership.
Stephenson will continue to oversee Planning and Development until a new director is named.
