Nourish Phoenix (NourishPHX), a community hub that serves low-income individuals and families in Phoenix, has partnered with Valleywise Community Health Center to provide accessible, high-quality care to the Phoenix community. In November the Valleywise Health Mobile Clinic began what will be monthly visits to NourishPHX to provide free medical care to the organization’s clients.

The mobile clinic’s next visit to the nonprofit’s facility, located at 501 S. 9th Ave. in Phoenix, will be Wednesday, Dec. 18, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The mobile clinic is equipped with two exam rooms and a lab station, and will offer physical exams, women’s care, well child checks, health screenings, sports physicals, immunizations, PrEP and HIV testing and more.

This year, the organization has served over 24,000 people – about 22 percent more from 2023, which equates to around 300 people per day. These individuals rely on the organization for necessary day to day resources, including nutritious food boxes, clothing items, hygiene kits, medical services and workforce development resources.
