Chef and owner Jennifer Russo in October released a new dinner menu at The Market By Jennifer’s restaurant and bar. The new seasonally-driven menu items are inspired by fall and winter’s freshest ingredients and a half-dozen elevated dinner dishes are now available to diners.
On the menu are beef carpaccio (seared prime beef, heirloom cherry tomato, shaved fennel, capers, Italian parsley, chive, baby arugula, EVOO, parmesan reggiano, lemon, flaky salt and cracked pepper served with Noble Bread focaccia toast); prime French dip (thinly sliced prime rib, provolone, horseradish crème on a Noble Bread baguette served with au jus and Jennifer’s housemade chips); pozole verde (a gluten-free soup with pork, white hominy, poblano peppers, cabbage, radish onion, cilantro slaw, lime wedge, tortilla chips); corn soup (sweet corn puree finished with grilled corn and chive oil and served with a jalapeno-cheddar biscuit); spicy salmon tostada (ancho chili and cumin seared Chula Seafood salmon on a corn tortilla with micro green salad, sriracha aioli and lime); and bone-in Berkshire pork chop Milanese (crispy pounded Berkshire pork chop topped with arugula salad dressed with lemon vinaigrette, heirloom tomato, and shaved parmesan).
